Courses & Learning
Purchasing a course gives you 365 days of full access from your enrollment date, plus a 7-day grace period after that if you need a little more time before renewing. Klips (our short-form video feed) have no access expiry for viewers.
Nothing is deleted — your progress stays exactly where you left it. For 7 days after your access window ends, you'll see a renewal prompt when you try to continue a course instead of losing your place. Renewing during that window restores full access immediately.
Courses accept new enrollments for up to 24 months after publishing (or after the instructor's last content refresh). Once that window passes, the course is marked as no longer accepting new enrollments, but students who already enrolled keep their full access uninterrupted. Instructors can restart the clock any time by substantially updating the course and passing re-review.
Certificates
Yes. Certificates you've earned, along with invoices and receipts for your purchases, remain downloadable from your account indefinitely — even after your course access window and grace period have ended.

Yes. Once you purchase a course, you have lifetime access to all its lessons, Klips, and resources. You can revisit any content at any time, even after you have completed the course and received your certificate.
Absolutely. iGurus is fully responsive and works on any device — desktop, laptop, tablet, and smartphone. You can switch between devices seamlessly, and your progress is always synced.
Yes. iGurus offers a selection of completely free courses and Klips. You can browse free content without creating an account, but you will need to register (free) to enrol and track your progress.
Click "Enrol Now" on any course page. If the course is free, you will be enrolled immediately. For paid courses, you will be directed to the checkout where you can pay by card or other available payment methods. You get instant access on completion of payment.
Yes, for courses that include certification (shown on the course page). Once you complete all lessons and pass any required assessments, a verified digital certificate is automatically issued and sent to your email. You can download it as a PDF, share it on LinkedIn, or verify it publicly via your unique certificate link.
Every iGurus certificate contains a unique QR code and a public verification URL. Anyone — employers, recruiters, colleagues — can scan the QR code or visit the link to instantly verify that the certificate is genuine and check the course and completion date.
iGurus certificates are verifiable, professional-grade credentials. They are widely accepted by employers, particularly in tech, design, marketing, and business roles. We recommend listing your certificate in the Certifications section of your LinkedIn profile and including the verification link for maximum credibility.
A Course is a structured, multi-chapter learning programme typically ranging from 8 to 65 hours. It follows a logical progression from beginner to advanced and often awards a certificate on completion. A Klip is a short-form video (1–5 minutes) focused on a single concept, technique, or insight. Klips are perfect for quick learning on the go or reinforcing something from a longer course.
Yes — all pre-recorded courses and Klips are fully self-paced. There are no deadlines and no fixed schedules. You can pause, rewind, and revisit content as many times as you need. Some Live Sessions have fixed dates and times, which are shown on the session page.
Each course has a dedicated Q&A section where you can post questions and receive answers from the instructor and fellow students. Most instructors respond within 24–48 hours. You can also search existing questions to see if your query has already been answered.
Downloadable resources (slides, code files, checklists, etc.) attached to lessons can be downloaded at any time. Video playback currently requires an internet connection for most courses. Offline video download availability depends on the individual course and is indicated on the course page.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as UPI, net banking, and other local payment methods depending on your region. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
We offer a 7-day refund window for paid courses. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact our support team within 7 days of purchase and we will process a full refund — no questions asked. Refunds are not available after the 7-day window or if more than 30% of the course has been completed.
